Excursion Information
Explore the magic of Disneyland, in California. It a dazzling,fun and magical world at Disneyland. This will be an overnight trip. Travel forms from your agency are required for this trip. First pick up location is our Mesa location at 5:00am. Second pick up location in Gilbert/Chandler is at 5:45am. Third pick up location is in East Phoenix/Scottsdale at 7:00am. Once we arrive we will check in at the hotel. Then go to Downtown Disney District for shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Next day enjoy a full day at Disneyland. We will leave late that night and drive back to Arizona and have everyone dropped off the morning of March 14th. We will have all the students dropped back off at the same locations in the evening. First drop off is in East Phoenix at 5:00pm. Second drop off is in Gilbert at 6:00pm and Third drop off is in Mesa at 7:00pm.
Cancellation Policy
Exchange Trips Refund Policy Thank you for your event purchase! We offer a full refund if you cancel no later than 14 days before the event’s start date. Cancellations 14 days or less of the start date will only receive half the total cost of the event. Cancellations on the day of the event date or missed participation will not be refunded any of the purchase price. Eligibility for Refunds If you need to cancel your trip, notify admin@exchangetrips.com as soon as possible. You should receive a response within 24-48 hours. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Late or missing refunds If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@exchangetrips.com
