Excursion Information
Arizona Snowbowl is an alpine ski/snowboard resort in Flagstaff, Arizona. We will provide transportation for the day to and from the AZ Snowbowl. You will be responsible for your lift ticket, gear, clothing and food. This will be an one day trip. No travel forms from your agency are required for this trip. Rentals and tickets can be secured in town at Ski Pro: https://skipro.com/pages/rentals Or at the ski resort: https://www.snowbowl.ski/rentals/ You must ensure you have all the proper gear rented and your lift ticket purchases prior to day of the event. A lift ticket for the day, boots, pants/shirt or a bib, jacket, gloves, helmet, goggles and ski's or snowboard. Timeline: 9:00am - Arrive at the AZ Snowbowl to Ski/Snowboard all day 4:00pm - Meet back at the van 4:30pm - Head home First pick up location is our Mesa location at 5:00am. Second pick up location in Gilbert/Chandler is at 5:30am. Third pick up location is in East Phoenix/Scottsdale at 6:00am. We will have all the students dropped back off at the same locations in the evening. First drop off is in East Phoenix at 7:30pm. Second drop off is in Gilbert at 8:00pm and Third drop off is in Mesa at 8:30pm.




















Cancellation Policy
Exchange Trips Refund Policy Thank you for your event purchase! We offer a full refund if you cancel no later than 14 days before the event’s start date. Cancellations 14 days or less of the start date will only receive half the total cost of the event. Cancellations on the day of the event date or missed participation will not be refunded any of the purchase price. Eligibility for Refunds If you need to cancel your trip, notify admin@exchangetrips.com as soon as possible. You should receive a response within 24-48 hours. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Late or missing refunds If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@exchangetrips.com
